Carey’s has been credited for working with an array of talented artists such as The Kills, Lily Allen, La Roux, Franz Ferdinand etc. Diane has come a long way with this album and there is much anticipation for the final product. It’s projected that the album will drop late this year so stay tuned for more exciting updates and surprises.

Last week she took some time out and joined a few very special friends The Roots, Nick Jonas, and Betty Wright at the ‘Stand Up and Be Counted’ Benefit for the Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village. The Youth Center was built for those orphaned by the Rwandan genocide of 1994. Currently housing 375 children, the organization’s mission is to provide a safe haven with proper health care and education enabling the youth to realize their maximum potential and provide a hopeful future.
