London update…
But first Paris for a lovely 3 days... I was so thrilled to have my best friend Jen there coincidentally as well! We got to gab and do a tad bit of sightseeing which is rare given our crazy schedules as of late.

My usual visit to the EMI France offices left me feeling slightly concerned after seeing the amount of energy it takes to run a record biz….damn!

Next stop London…..so far much of the usual….

and of course…..

and then the little gems I discover every time I go to east….
Prufrock Coffee….slam dunk!

New sick men’s shop called Hostem….If I was a guy I’d rock Visvim head to toe…

I always wonder how I sink a perfectly lovely day singing Cher at a Karaoke bar…?

It was worth it for the dude who spent 10 mins trying to convince me to quit my day job and become a singer…

Speaking of high notes….the weather has been divine in London and the shows have been going great. Got a whole new stage thing going on with Van who loops beats on a cajon while I do percussion and vocal layering. Then we’re off…him on guitar and me on rhodes and it really does take 2 to tango! it’s a totally stripped down approach to playing live but I am loving the simplicity and massive amounts of vibe that such simple elements can create.

The backdrops have been mostly insanely gorgeous forests, one being the famous Sherwood Pines Nottingham Forest where the legend of Robin Hood lives on!

Tonight the moon is full and tomorrow should be amazing. I’m playing Hyde Park with Stevie Wonder……WTF????!!!
